Identified
We are aware that some physical Polycom deskphones are currently going offline. Soft clients (the Zoom desktop and mobile apps) are not affected and continue to work normally.
This issue originates from an upstream service degradation with Zoom Phone affecting Polycom devices globally. It is not caused by our internal network.
ITC Network Services is monitoring the situation closely and will post updates here as new information becomes available from Zoom.
