Dartmouth Chat February 2026 release

Research Computing and Data will be releasing an update to Dartmouth Chat that will include the following :

- Update to Open WebUI v0.7.2
- General UI facelift
- Claude Opus 4.6
- Claude Sonnet 4.6

The upgrade will be take place from 6:00 to 7:30AM on Thursday, February 19th.
