At the vendors suggestion, we rebooted the WiFi Access Points (APs) across the affected buildings, and service has been stable since. ITC Network Services is continuing to work with the vendor to determine the root cause of the issue.

Update
Update: We have identified that rebooting access points (APs) resolves the connectivity issue. ITC Network Services is now rebooting APs selectively across the affected buildings to restore service while minimizing downtime.
