Dartmouth Chat September 2025 release

Research Computing and Data will be releasing an update to Dartmouth Chat that will provide the following :
- Update to Open WebUI v0.6.25
- General UI facelift
- Refreshing an answer now offers multiple pathways
- GPT-5 family's Thinking tags now fully supported
- Workspace access available to Faculty and Staff (these are models focused on user uploaded documents)

The upgrade will be take place from 6:00 to 7:00AM on Thursday, September 11th.

During this time Dartmouth Chat might be intermittently unavailable.
